We found the hotel by coincidence and were blown away by the value, service, and delicious food. The rooms in the old converted mansion were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. Free parking and easy access to Bilbao were a real plus.

This lovely hotel in a suburb of Bilbao exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the building itself is charming and full of character, truly reflecting the history and culture of the region. Secondly, the staff, particularly Maria, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. And lastly, the breakfast was absolutely divine, with a wide selection of delicious homemade cakes. The attention to detail and the overall value for money made my stay truly enjoyable.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the strategic location of the hotel, which was close to the train stations and had free parking. The staff was also friendly and served delicious breakfast with some excellent wine. The cozy decor of the rooms and bathrooms was another advantage that we appreciated.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it a bit stuffy for us. some of the dishes served in the restaurant were not confidence-building, and we felt overcharged for the experience.

The sound insulation in the rooms was poor, and noises from guests walking on wooden floors could be heard clearly.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, being right next to the train station with trains to Bilbao every 20 minutes. there was plenty of free parking space available, which was a big advantage. The size of the room was comfortable, allowing us to relax during our stay.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for such a charming old farmhouse. The attention to detail in the rooms, with beautiful antique furniture and even an antique wooden easel for the TV, adds to the overall experience. The location, although not extravagant, is convenient with a nice bar and restaurant next door and the train station to Bilbao right next to the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast with homemade cakes is a delightful treat.
